Residential Treatment

Step 2 of the continuum Typically 30–90 days Live on campus

Early recovery needs distance from old triggers and constant access to help. Residential treatment gives you both: a structured life on our Manchester campus where every day is built around getting well.

What your weeks look like

You'll carry a full clinical schedule: individual therapy several times a week, daily process and skills groups (CBT and DBT), psychoeducation, and — where it applies — medication management and psychiatric care for co-occurring depression, anxiety, or trauma. Between sessions there's real life: meals together, gym time, quiet hours, and evenings with peer recovery meetings.

Family joins the work in week two or three — education sessions and facilitated family therapy, because the home you return to matters as much as the treatment you receive.

Length of stay is clinical, not arbitrary: most clients stay 30 to 90 days, stepping down to PHP when their team agrees they're ready.
